How do we deal with pets?

We love cleaning for clients who have furry friends. Most of our employees have dogs and/or cats themselves and grew up with pets in the home. We ensure to take care of many aspects of this responsibility by training every team member on the following;

  1. Preparing the team ahead of time so they know what to expect before entering your home
  2. Entering and leaving the home safely to ensure your pet does not leave your home (unless your cat already has fulltime outdoor access)
  3. Teaching the team what do with with your specific pet if they have special needs
  4. Protocols on what to do with an over-enthusiastic dog or puppy (basically turn your back on them if they start jumping)
  5. Ensuring our teams backpacks are out of the way so your pet does not eat our team members lunch
  6. How your pet will start to ignore our team members very quickly if they focus on getting ready for the cleaning and starting their work right away
  7. Of course, bringing our teams attention to the dog beds and cat towers, under furniture and along baseboards that need vacuuming and special attention on every visit

MANY aspects of our team training is around behaviour in the home and this, along with pet protocols, gives our customers great peace-of-mind as we go about our professional cleaning.
