The Lux team is our trusted cleaning service for our family home. Lux Days, as we call them, are our favourites, as we return to our rejuvinated home that is clean, fresh smelling, perfectly tidied, beds made to order. All conducted by a team of highly courteous and efficient professionals, backed up by management team who are responsive and exacting. Lux has earned our trust.
I found Lux Cleaning after struggling to find an independent cleaner in my area who was reliable, on time, trustworthy AND could actually clean! After multiple bad experiences with individuals who were not bonded or insured (important for breakage and theft) or who were inappropriately trained I had given up. I was resigned to cleaning the home myself until time constraints and an injury prevented me from maintaining it in the way that I wanted. I reached out to Lux Cleaning. From the initial call with Allan I discovered that Lux Cleaning is different. They don’t offer the one-size fits all approach to home cleaning. Allan takes the time’to visit the property and discuss your individual preferences and priorities. A Custom Cleaning Plan is then prepared, presented and agreed upon prior to any cleaners entering the home. The process is efficient and establishes parameters for both sides so expectations are met and special requests can be made that fit your needs. The cleaning ladies undergo training so that each clean is consistent. Each team comes with a team leader who will work with you for any last minute requests or changes that might be needed. The ladies are hard working, focused (not on their phones) and professional. They do their best to ensure each visit is done to your liking before they leave. I like that Allan is willing to work with you after the first few initial cleanings to amend the Cleaning Plan as needed. The difference with Lux Cleaning is that with their staff training and a solid Cleaning Plan in place I am assured to get a consistent clean. Lux Cleaning may be more expensive than other services but for the peace of mind that my home is being properly cleaned and to my specifications; and knowing exactly what to expect each time based on the Plan, I can honestly say that it is worth the money! I wasted so much money over the years trying other subpar cleaners – don’t be like me and go straight to the best!
We employed the services of Lux Cleaning to help when I was recovering from surgery. Their cleaning service surpassed my expectations so much that there was no turning back and they are now a regular fixture. Our team lead Nathaly is fantastic. I hired Lux to clean our 1 bedroom condo before being photographed and opened to showings for sale. Our condo was on the market for all of 3 days before it sold in a multiple-bid situation for over asking (in comparison to others in our building with similar layouts and features that have been stagnating on the market for 50-60 days with multiple price reductions). All of the bidders commented on how impeccably clean the unit was - a big difference compared to others they had seen listed! I wholeheartedly believe that Lux's outstanding work in prepping our condo for sale was what made the difference and helped us sell so quickly and for so much more than we expected. We'll be sure to use you Lux again soon.
We had to prepare our mother's condominium for sale. It needed a lot of work and had been left vacant for over a year due to illness. The two cleaners from Lux were very good - they spent a full 8 hours cleaning the walls, the kitchen and bathrooms until everything was shining. It was also nice that they used scent free products which worked well, and the smell that had been in the apartment before was mostly gone. We would recommend them to anyone looking for serious, deep cleaning. The only criticism I have is that they asked what my budget was and then charged that amount - which was okay but I would rather have had them tell me what they charge. My budget might have been more than what they would have charged, although not likely.

We hired Lux Cleaning to perform a "deep clean" of our home and we were thrilled with the results. Ahead of the designated cleaning date, we were given a quote and a list of tasks that would be completed, and they were completely transparent about pricing and different options. On the cleaning date, a friendly and professional team arrived and got to work. By the end of the day, every surface in the house was dust-free and sparkling clean - it felt brand new. We are very happy with the service and would use them again.
I just walked in to my sparking home after LUX spent the day here doing a deep clean. Wow! Every nook and cranny (and I mean EVERY one) is clean! The windows, window sills, the base boards, showers, sinks, cupboard doors, floors – the whole place – top to bottom, is shining. I have black counter tops in my kitchen and I could actually see my reflection in them, they were that shiny. The two ladies, Raquel and Amanda, were very professional, very efficient and very nice. I had a deep cleaning done in my loft. It has really high ceilings and exposed air ducts. All of this was cleaned to perfection. They come in advance of your service to get the details and provide a price. Wow is my place clean!
We recently had a deep cleaning done by the team at LUX cleaning. The process was great from beginning to end. We felt as though we got a very personalized service. Not cheap but we absolutely got what we paid for. On the day of the cleaning the team was friendly, thorough and detail oriented. They even accommodated our cats staying in our home. Post-Renovation Testimonials
We had our son's condo cleaned for him after a major bathroom renovation as well as other damage throughout the unit. The team was fabulous. Led by Michelle, we could hardly recognize the place it sparkled and gleamed so much. In addition, Randy was sent in to do steam-cleaning of carpeting and upholstered furniture, and he was completely amazing and great to work with. We arranged for all this work through Al D. who has been a pleasure to work with. We feel like we are in the hands of true professionals. LUX is high-end in terms of cost, but well worth every penny. Residential cleaning
Lux did an amazing job cleaning our house. I really liked that Al, the owner, came over to see our house before our first cleaning appointment. He recorded lots of information about our house - the rooms, finishes, things to be careful of, etc - which he then gave the cleaning team. The team was amazing - thorough, careful and punctual. And Lisa, who looks after client service, is great - very friendly, efficient and helpful. I can't recommend Lux highly enough.
I've used Lux in the past for post-renovation cleans so I knew they would do a great job on our house before putting it on the market to sell. Vera and Candice arrived right on time and did an incredible job making our house literally sparkle. They were a pleasure to have in the house and they went above and beyond my list of what was needed to be done. I am sure their work will help sell our house quickly and I will definitely have Lux come in once we're finished the renovations on our new house. Thank you!
