Safety Policy

We do our best to offer as many services as possible; however, there are a few things we are unable to do for safety or logistical reasons. We are unable to clean the following:

• Places or items higher than 12 feet.
• Full wash of ceilings and walls
• Pest removal, cleaning of bodily fluids, chemical waste, excessive mold, and other bio-hazards
• Fire or smoke damage, areas strongly drenched with smoking/cannabis smells
• Exterior windows, patios, and garages
• Organizing clutter/toys/books/clothes or documents
• Under heavy objects or furniture that require lifting or moving

LUX Cleaning Inc. is a member of the WSIB Excellence Program. We have a detailed safety training program for every employee. We ensure the tools and cleaning products are in good condition and safe to use for employees. We consistently follow up with safety reminders for our employees. We have a detailed injury investigation protocol for when minor injuries occur. In summary, we take safety seriously and do everything we can to protect our clients and our employees.
