Cancellation Policy

Because we offer full time employment, our cleanings are booked in advance. Therefore, we do charge a cancellation fee. Depending on the size, frequency and duration of the cleaning, the cancellation fees vary.

If a client cancels their service and we are unable to replace the cleaning with another client, the fee allows us to pay the employees regardless and helps ensure we retain employees with whom we have invested considerable financial resources.
